I purchased a subscription but did not receive it.

If you bought a subscription and did not receive a plan it can be due to several reasons listed below:

  • If you paid with Bitcoins, it may take up to 24 hours for the Bitcoin transaction to have enough confirmations for the invoice to be marked as paid.
  • If you paid with PayPal or Stripe, it can a few minutes for your account to update. If you did not receive the subscription after 5 min, try logging out and back in.
